Outreach & Contact Compliance
Agent Clarity may help you prepare calls, emails, texts, campaigns, and follow-up plans. It does not verify whether a person may legally be contacted. Before you reach out, you confirm the applicable do-not-call, consent, identification, unsubscribe, brokerage, and local requirements.
Canada-focused context
In Canada, agents commonly need to consider Canada's National Do Not Call List, internal do-not-contact lists, and Canada's anti-spam requirements for commercial email and text. These are general references. Agent Clarity does not provide detailed legal conclusions or guarantee compliance with any specific rule.
What users must not do
- Contact someone who has requested no further communication.
- Bypass a national or internal do-not-call list.
- Ignore an unsubscribe or a withdrawn consent.
- Disguise the commercial purpose of outreach.
- Assume that purchased, scraped, or third-party lead data includes valid permission to contact.
When someone says stop
Immediately record the request and end further marketing outreach to that person.
"Do Not Contact: The person requested no further calls, emails, or texts. Update all applicable contact and suppression lists."
Different channels, different rules
Calls, emails, and texts can each have different requirements. You must verify the rules that apply to the recipient's location and to your brokerage before you send.
Core rule
Agent Clarity can help shape the communication. The user must confirm they have the right to send it.
